Has COVID-19 gotten you down? Tired of staying at home all day and doing nothing but moving from your bed to the couch and back? Well, Esperia has the solution for you! As we want to promote a healthy body and a healthy mind as much as possible, the board has created a workout schedule for Active April. We have created a document with links to our favourite exercise videos, so try to do the specific workout every day, or just as much as possible. The board will do it with you! Get your friends to join and motivate each other to stay active. Don’t worry if you are struggling with the workout, everyone has a different fitness level. Also, you are at home, there is no one to see you struggle or cheat! Hopefully, this will encourage you to stay fit and healthy, even during these strange times. Now, get those bodies moving!
