Meghan is Mindful Activity

Dear Esperians,

We have a special activity planned for you to help you take your mind off of your exams for a while and relax. On the 25th of January, at 19:30, we have a meditation session planned for you. If you want to learn how to deal with daily situations in a mindful way, then Meghan will help you with this during this activity. All you need to have to be able to participate is a working laptop and something small and edible that you can and hold, like raisins or grapes. This activity will take place on Zoom and the link for that will be shared 10 minutes in advance. Looking forward to seeing you there.
