Joining a committee means becoming an active member of Esperia. As a committee member, you will organise activities or write articles together with your team. It is a great way to meet new people and develop work & personal skills.

To apply for a committte:

Send an email to intern@svesperia.nl with your motivation letter, the committee(s) your are intrested in and your preferred positions.

• This motivation letter does not have to be a big essay. A short paragraph of why you would like to be part of the committee(s) and why you are suitable for it, is enough.
• The committees you can now apply for, are the Acquicie, Almanaccie, ACTcie, Careercie, Editorcie, Fitcie, Languagecie, Podcastcie, Travelcie. You can find more information on the website ‘Our Committees ‘ and on our Instagram. 
• In case this is your first time applying for a committee, you are probably not familiar with the positions we have. Below, you can find a short explanation. If you wish to know more or if you have questions, you can always reach out to the board or send an email to the intern.
  • • Chair: In charge of the committee, has the overview, leads the meetings.
    • Secretary: Takes minutes (notes) during meetings, organises the drive, checks the committee email.
    • Treasurer: Oversees the finances, makes the budget for the committee.
    • Commissioner of Promotion: Writes promotional texts, makes promotional posts or items.
    • Final Editor: Finalises the groupwork, makes it ready for publishing. (Only applicable for the Almanaccie, Editorcie & Podcastcie).
    • Host: Talk with your co-host. (Only applicable for the Podcastcie)
