Why should you become a member?
Being a member of Esperia brings many advantages such as:

Getting to know your fellow students outside of the classroom
Making friends and memories for life
Getting a members discount at different stores
Amazing activities where you pay less than non-members
Only €20,- a year
Do you want to become an alumni member? Then it is only €10,-!

If you do not study European Languages or cultures but still want to support Esperia, you can become a ‘Friend of Esperia’ by filling out this form.

I allow Esperia to use my bank account number to set up a direct debit to collect from my bank account. This will be used and stored to withdraw the yearly membership fee of €20,- for members and €10,- for alumni members as well as contributions to activities I sign up for. With any questions regarding this, I will reach out to penningmeester@svesperia.nl.

Alumni member

I want to become an alumni member I will send my diploma to secretaris@svesperia.nl as proof of being an alumni.

WhatsApp Group Chats

I want to be added to the Esperia WhatsApp group chats. I don't want to be added to the Esperia WhatsApp group chats. (joining later is always possible)

Pictures & Videos

I allow Esperia to take and use pictures and/or videos of me at activities. These will be uploaded into our private Google Drive only visible to members. Further, a selection will be posted on our public Instagram account and/or YouTube account for promotional purposes. If you do not want this, let us know by sending an email to bestuur@svesperia.nl

Consideration period

I am aware that there is a consideration period of 24 hours. If I wish to retract my registration I will send an email to secretaris@svesperia.nl within these 24 hours. After this consideration period has passed, the registration is final
